In September, we temporarily closed our Winchester branch on High Street to make some improvements.
Whilst closed, we've been serving our members through our other branches, online, by phone and by post.
We are delighted to welcome our members back to our newly refurbished branch, which re-opens today, Tuesday 24 October at 10.00am.
From Tuesday 24 October the opening hours for the Winchester branch will be extending to:

We are delighted to welcome back existing customers to our newly refurbished branch in Winchester, as well as welcome new customers who may be interested in exploring our savings and mortgage services. We have refreshed and modernised the branch's look with a new area for the branch team to meet and greet customers, give advice, and complete transactions. Winchester is the third of our branch refurbishments (we completed Newbury in 2022 and Abingdon in 2021) and we will be continuing our branch refurbishment programme as part of our “bricks and clicks” strategy; supporting customers through a blend of face-to-face and online services.
The team in Winchester look forward to welcoming members back and hope they enjoy the fresh, new look branch.
