Our calendar competition is back by popular demand, and this year, we're calling all dazzling desingers and budding artists to create a show-stopping birthday cake design for our 170th anniversary!
If you're aged between 5 and 14 and love drawing or designing, we'd love you to have a go at designing us a birthday cake to make the party extra special.
Whether you imagine a cake dusted with glitter to look like a shiny pound coin, stacked sky-high with 170 candles, or shaped just like our castle logo, we want you to whip up your wildest ideas and dream big.
The top 12 designs will star in our 2027 calendar, with the 11 runners-up winning:
- A £25 Hobbycraft voucher
- A special apron – perfect for future makes, bakes, and creative projects
The overall winner will receive a £50 Hobbycraft voucher, as well as see their design bought to life by a local baker. Yep, we’ll get your cake idea baked for real – delicious!
