Newbury Building Society is delighted to be highly commended at this year’s Mortgage Finance Gazette Awards for Customer Service/Treating Customers Fairly.
The customer-focussed category recognised organisations who had proved innovative ways of working with customers, an enhanced level of customer satisfaction, measure products and service levels to meet customer expectations.
Yorkshire Building Society claimed the top prize.

The highly commended recognition follows the Society’s recent confirmation as a finalist at next year’s UK Customer Satisfaction Awards as well as its ServiceMark accreditation from the Institute of Customer Service.
