August 2024 marked an amazing thirty years at Newbury Building Society for our Director of Customer Service, Melanie Mildenhall.
Melanie joined the Society in 1994, starting her career as a customer service trainee in our branch network. She went on to work in several branch roles, as well as operations and marketing at head office in Newbury, before becoming Customer Service Manager in 2007.
She went on to join our Executive Team in 2018 and is responsible for leading our customer service strategy and the Mortgage Underwriting and Operations functions in her current role.
Melanie was presented with a gift in celebration of her dedication to the Society at a presentation attended by more than thirty colleagues both in-person and remotely.
