We are pleased to advise that we are making substantial improvements to our Basingstoke branch as part of our ongoing branch enhancement programme.
Refurbishment work began in January, and while the work is being carried out, we’ll remain open to members from a temporary pop up branch located next to our current branch in Festival Place Shopping Centre, which will open from Monday 9 February at 10.30am.
Why are we updating the branch?
The refurbishment will create a modern, welcoming environment for members, offering a choice of open, semi private, and private spaces where they can receive advice and guidance.
How long will the refurbishment take?
We expect that the refurbishment will take approximately 17-18 weeks. We will confirm exact dates closer to the time via email, in the pop-up branch, and via our website.
