If you have lost your passbook please advise us as soon as possible.

Call us on 01635 555700, email us or visit your local branch. We will immediately put a stop on your account so that no withdrawals can be made. 

What happens next?

We will send you a declaration form through the post for you to sign and return to us with the relevant ID. You can provide this to us by:

  • Visiting your local branch
  • Emailing us with scanned copies of your documents from the email address we have on file for you.
  • Post, using the pre-paid envelope we will send to you with the declaration. Please do not send original photo ID such as a driving licence or passport unless we specifically request it.

Once we receive your completed declaration and valid ID, we’ll issue a new passbook and post it to your registered address.

Fees

Any administration fees required for a passbook replacement will be outlined in the letter we send to you.
