When you log in to myaccounts you’ll be asked to enter your username and password. A code will then be sent to your mobile phone to verify that it is you trying to sign in.

If you forget your username, click on 'Forgot my Username’ on the main log in page and enter your email address. You will receive an email to your registered email address within a few minutes with your username.

If you forget your password, click on 'Forgotten your password' on the main log in page. You will receive an email to your registered email address within a few minutes which will enable you to reset your password.

Passwords must be between 8 and 20 characters, containing at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number and 1 special character e.g. $@!%*?&.
Please note: If your account has been locked due to unsuccessful log in attempts you will not receive this email. Please contact our myaccounts team on 0800 988 4857 to unlock your account.
Once logged in your memorable word can be amended by clicking on the ‘Homepage’ on the top left corner and then selecting ‘Memorable Word’.
