  • The prize is a Christmas Santa’s Sack from Prestige Hampers (RRP £49.99).
  • Entries to the prize draw will be accepted through the form completed on our website and received between Monday 24 November 2025 and 12pm Friday 12 December 2025.
  • The prize draw is open to any person aged 18 or over.
  • Only one entry per person is accepted.
  • Entries on behalf of another person are not accepted.
  • Employees of Newbury Building Society, their immediate families and anyone else connected to this competition are not permitted to enter.
  • No responsibility is taken for entries that are misdirected, incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical reason.
  • One winner will be chosen at random from entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions. The prize will need to be collected from our head office in Newbury or the winner’s nearest branch. 
  • The Society’s representative’s decision is final, and the winner will be notified by the email address they submit on the form on Monday 15 December 2025.
  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  • Newbury Building Society accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize.
  • Newbury Building Society retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is unavailable.
  • Newbury Building Society shall handle any personal information you supply as described in its privacy policy and in accordance with data protection legislation. A copy of the privacy policy can be found here.
  • By entering the prize draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information to process and contact you about your prize draw entry. We will not pass any information onto a third party.
