Newbury Building Society 170 Hamper Competition terms and conditions

  • The prize is The Christmas Traditions Hamper from Fortnum and Mason, valued at £170.

  • Entries will be accepted online and in branch from 9.00am on Wednesday 11 November 2026 until 5.00pm on Wednesday 25 November 2026.

  • The prize draw is open to Newbury Building Society members who visit a branch or enter online between 9.00am on Wednesday 11 November 2026 and 5.00pm on Wednesday 25 November 2026.
  • Only one entry per person is accepted.
  • Entries on behalf of another person are not accepted.
  • Employees of Newbury Building Society and their immediate family members are not permitted to enter.
  • No responsibility is taken for entries that are misdirected, incomplete, or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical reason.
  • One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions using the details provided on the entry form.
  • The Society's representative's decision is final. The winner will be notified by email or telephone using the contact details provided with their entry by Wednesday 2 December 2026.
  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  • Newbury Building Society accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment arising from participation in the prize draw or acceptance of the prize.
  • Newbury Building Society retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is unavailable.
  • Newbury Building Society shall handle any personal information you supply as described in its privacy policy and in accordance with data protection legislation. A copy of the Privacy Policy can be found  here.
  • By entering the prize draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of your personal information to process and contact you about your prize draw entry. We will not share your personal information with any third party and will use it only for the administration of the prize draw.
  • By entering the prize draw, entrants are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
  • The prize must be collected from Newbury Building Society's head office or the winner’s nearest branch.
