Mobile Customer Service Adviser - Basingstoke

Location Basingstoke branch
Hours  Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.15pm and 2 in 4 Saturdays 8.45am to 12.15pm (37.5 hours per week)
Salary Starting: £25,064     Target: £26,383.50 (plus a non-contractual allowance of £750 per annum to those who hold a Mobile Customer Service Adviser role)
Interview
  • 90-minute competency-based interview held in our Basingstoke branch.
  • We aim to interview successful applicants within 1 week.

  • You will welcome, support, and advise customers on their savings accounts through a variety of methods.

  • While your focus will be on providing excellent customer service, you will be doing this through cashiering, actioning admin tasks and a whole lot more.

  • This role is varied and interesting, and no day will be the same, 

Essential skills and experience

  • Some experience of working with internal and/or external customers to ensure the highest quality service experience. 

  • Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Full Driving license.

Desirable skills and experience

  • Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook and Office365.
