Newbury Building Society launches new Intermediary Helpdesk

Newbury Building Society is pleased to announce the launch of a new Intermediary Helpdesk service, which will provide an increased and flexible service to Intermediaries accessing mortgage product advice and services.

Launched in May 2016, the Intermediary Helpdesk service is provided by the existing Business Development team and supported by additional mortgage case handlers. The service complements and improves the existing tailored and individual service Newbury Building Society is known for.  

How to contact the Intermediary Helpdesk

Call 01635 918000, calls are taken Monday to Friday – 9.00am until 5.00pm.

The Intermediary Helpdesk service will deliver swift and reactive responses to enquiries around mortgage products; for example questions around lending criteria, KFI requests and non-standard lending enquiries.

Newbury Building Society recognise the importance of you being able to access their team when needed, so please feel free to continue to contact your existing Business Development team directly - please see this contact guide which also outlines the lending areas.
