NBS Intermediaries prize draw terms and conditions

• The prize is a voucher for a weekend two-night break for 2 people at The Langdale Hotel in the Lake District. The voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. This experience is only available on weekends.
• Entries to the Newbury Building Society email sign-up prize draw will be accepted through sign-up forms completed and received between Thursday 9 November 2023 and 5pm on Friday 10 November 2023. 
• The prize draw is open to any mortgage broker who is aged over 18 with the link to this prize draw and agrees to its terms and conditions. 
• Only one entry per person is accepted. Multiple sign-up forms from the same person and/or email address will not be entered into the draw. 
• Entries on behalf of another person are not accepted.
• Employees of Newbury Building Society, their immediate families and anyone else connected to this competition are not permitted to enter.
• No responsibility is taken for entries that are misdirected, incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical reason.
• One winner will be chosen at random from entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions.
• The Society’s representative’s decision is final, and the winner will be notified by the email address they submit on the sign-up form on Thursday 16 November 2023.
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
• Newbury Building Society accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize.
• Newbury Building Society retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is unavailable.
• Newbury Building Society shall handle any personal information you supply as described in its privacy policy and in accordance with data protection legislation. A copy of the privacy policy can be found here.
• By entering the prize draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information to process and contact you about your prize draw entry.
• We will not use the information you have supplied for any other marketing campaign or pass it on to a third party. Personal data will be securely destroyed without retaining your details unless you have separately opted to receive marketing communications from the Society by amending your preferences at the bottom of this page.
