  • Entries to the NBS intermediary satisfaction survey prize draw will be accepted from Thursday 16 October at 3pm and will close midnight, Thursday 30 October 2025.
  • The prize draw is open to intermediaries who complete the Smart Money People Broker Benchmark survey using the link emailed to them from Newbury Building Society and register their name and email address on the survey.
  • The prize draw winner will receive an Amazon voucher worth £50.
  • The prize draw is open to intermediaries aged 18 and over, who complete the survey and agree to these terms and conditions.
  • Only one entry per person is accepted. Multiple entries from the same person and/or email address in the same draw will not be entered.
  • Entries on behalf of another person are not accepted.
  • Employees of Newbury Building Society, their immediate families and anyone else connected to this prize draw are not permitted to enter.
  • No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical reason.
  • One winner will be chosen at random from entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  • The Society’s representative’s decision is final.
  • The prize will be sent to the winner by email and Newbury Building Society will request the winner’s correspondence email address once they have been notified.
  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  • Newbury Building Society accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize.
  • Newbury Building Society retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is unavailable.
  • Newbury Building Society shall handle any personal information you supply as described in its privacy policy and in accordance with data protection legislation. A copy of the privacy policy can be found here.
  • By entering the prize draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your prize draw entry. All personal data provided will be destroyed once the winner has received their prize.
  • We will not use the information you have supplied for any other marketing campaign or pass it on to a third party unless you have opted in to receive marketing updates from the Society.
  • The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the prize draw and the winner shall participate in such activity the Newbury Building Society reasonably requests. However, before doing so we will seek your consent. 
  • Entrants into the prize draw shall be deemed to have read and accepted the terms and conditions.
