2-year fixed rate Shared Ownership until 29 May 2026 95% STV is reduced from from 5.79% to 5.59%
3-year fixed rate Shared Ownership until 29 March 2027 95% STV is reduced from 5.79% to 5.59%
5- year fixed rate Shared Ownership until 29 March 2029 95% STV is reduced from 5.39% to 4.99%
3-year fixed rate Existing Borrower Shared Ownership until 29 March 2027 95% STV is reduced from 5.69% to 5.49%
