If you have a completion date, you can request a redemption statement by:

  • Emailing us 

  • Posting your request to: Newbury Building Society, 90 Bartholomew Street, Newbury, RG14 5EE

Please include the following details in your request:

  1. Mortgage account number

  2. Full property address (including postcode)

  3. Full names of all borrowers

  4. Confirmed completion date

Note:

  • The first redemption statement is provided free of charge.

  • Additional statements within a 12-month period are charged at £25.00 each.

  • Redemption statements are valid for 14 days from the proposed completion date.

If you do not have a completion date and require a statement for information purposes only, please include the same details listed above and clearly state “for information purposes only” in your request. We will provide a free balance outstanding, which includes all relevant information and any applicable charges.

Submitting a Certificate of Title (COT)

We require 5 working days’ notice for processing Certificates of Title.
Once all mortgage offer conditions have been met, please submit the completed COT to:
mortgages@newbury.co.uk
