Background and experience
I joined Newbury Building Society in 2008, after spending twenty five years in finance and management.
I really enjoy being part of a team, including branches and head office. The Society offers great opportunities to progress within the business. Managing three branches gives me the opportunity to interact with customers and staff in three local towns.
Role and responsibilities
I am responsible for managing the Newbury branch. I support the branch staff in the operational function of the branch and also, assist with the teams' individual development. All this helps the Society to deliver great customer service to its members and its local communities.
