Sarah assists the HR team with recruitment, undertaking inductions, policy updating, managing performance and managing a variety of HR projects.

Andy leads the compliance function within the Society, ensuring it complies with the regulatory standards required of a financial services firm.

Chris is responsible for leading the facilities team and maintaining the running of the Society's head office premise and all branches.

Emma leads the marketing and communications team and is responsible for marketing, communications, brand and public relations.

Karen leads the Intermediary Sales Team, responsible for introduced mortgage sales.

Tina is a HR Business Partner at Newbury Building Society.

Clare oversees the running of the branches in the Basingstoke area, which includes, Andover, Alton, Basingstoke, Winchester and Wokingham, alongside each Branch Manager.

Craig leads the mortgage underwriting function, ensuring the Society's lending continues to be of high quality.

Lisa is responsible for managing the Basingstoke branch and ensuring the staff are supported in their roles to provide our members with the best customer service.

Alistair is a member of the Board of Directors, Risk Committee and sits on the Sales, Marketing and Product Committee.

Jack is one of our Business Development Managers, working closely with our Intermediaries and Brokers.

Piers is the Society's Chairman and leads the Board of Executives.

Martin has worked at the Society for over 30 years and has an extensive knowledge of our mortgage products.

Will works at our Intermediary Help Desk to ensure all enquiries are dealt with appropriately on a day to day basis.

Justine is responsible for the day-to-day management of our Wokingham branch.
