Background and experience
I joined Newbury Building Society in September 2017, having previously worked as a Sales Support Administrator for Rebound Electronics and a Counter Manager for Clinique.
I enjoy working for Newbury Building Society because I love that my job challenges me every day and that I’m constantly learning. I have the freedom to think outside the box and make my own decision on each case we receive.
Role and responsibilities
I assist in proactively managing a portfolio of mortgage intermediaries, handling inbound telephone calls and emails from brokers with lending policy queries, and potential applications.
