Background and experience
I joined Newbury Building Society in 2014 as a mobile branch assistant, before going on to become a trainee customer consultant in the Andover branch in 2015.
I have recently qualified as a mortgage adviser, so assist with the mortgage enquiries and cases. After becoming Office Manager and managing the Andover branch for over a year, I have recently taken over managing the Basingstoke branch.
I like working at Newbury Building Society because I enjoy interacting with our members and providing them with excellent customer service. The Newbury has a great family friendly atmosphere, and I also get the chance to get involved with some worthwhile community projects and organisations, which is really rewarding.
Role and responsibilities
I am responsible for managing the Basingstoke branch, ensuring we offer the very best in service to our members. I ensure that all regulatory procedures are followed and that our business objectives are met.
