Background and experience
I joined Newbury Building Society in 2004 as a part-time branch assistant, and have recently progressed to Office Manager.
I like working here because I enjoy interacting with our members and providing excellent customer service. We also get involved with our branch charity, St. Michael's Hospice - I find that very rewarding.
Role and responsibilities
I am responsible for managing the Alton branch, ensuring customers recieve excellent customer service. I also ensure regulatory procedures and processes are followed and business objectives are met.
