Background and experience
I have been with Newbury Building Society for 4 years. I started as a branch assistant in our Newbury branch before successfully completing CeMap and becoming a qualified mortgage adviser. I moved into my current role as Business Development Manager in October 2017.
Working for Newbury Building Society means that there are never two days the same. Every application is different and I enjoy finding solutions to our intermediary enquiries.
My role involves working at our Intermediary Help Desk to ensure all enquiries are dealt with appropriately on a day to day basis. I also have the responsibility for developing intermediary relationships to ensure brokers are kept up to date with our policy and products.
