Background and experience
Gorse joined the Society and the Executive team in October 2018. She is a nChartered Fellow of CIPD and an Executive Coach. She is responsible for leading, developing and implementing the Society’s HR and people strategy. Gorse reports to the Chief Executive.

Role and responsibilities
Gorse is responsible for leading, developing and implementing the Society’s HR strategy. Reporting into the Chief Executive she is responsible for ensuring that the HR and People Development portfolio is aligned to the Society’s overall objectives.
