Background and experience
I joined Newbury Building Society in 1994 as a Saturday cashier, having previously worked for a high street bank for eleven years, before having my family. I worked as a part-time branch assistant until 2009, when I was promoted to become Wokingham Office Manager on a job share basis.
I like working for the Newbury as I enjoy interacting with our members and providing great customer service. I also get involved with the local community and branch charity activities, which I find very rewarding.
Role and responsibilities
I am jointly responsible for managing the Wokingham branch office and branch team.
