Background and experience
I joined Newbury Building Society in 2014 as the Mortgage Underwriting Manager. I have over 30 years experience in financial services.
I enjoy the variety of mortgage applications that we deal with here, and I have a hard-working and knowledgeable team to support me. I find my colleagues at the Society friendly and helpful.
Role and responsibilities
I am responsible for the day-to-day management of the underwriting team and ensuring the Society's lending continues to be of high quality.
