Background and experience
I joined the Society in 1999 as a Branch Assistant after finishing my A-Levels. I progressed through to Customer Consultant and then full-time Office Manager in 2005. In 2009 I reduced my hours and now work as an Office Manager on a job-share basis.
The Society provides good training, staff development and opportunities for career progression. I enjoy interacting with all our members and ensuring they receive great customer service.
Role and responsibilities
I am responsible for the effective day-to-day running of the Wokingham branch, ensuring we provide excellent customer service.
