Background and experience
I joined the Society in July 2018 as a Mobile Customer Service Adviser in the Basingstoke area. Since then I have worked as Operations Analyst supporting our customer service teams in Head Office, before becoming Field Trainer and providing training across all our ten branches. The opportunity then arose to become Branch Manager for maternity cover which I started in June 2021. Prior to working for Newbury Building Society I studied BSc Psychology at the University of Southampton, whilst working in varied part time customer facing roles.
