How to vote
If you have received a great customer service from the team in our Basingstoke branch and would like to vote for us, you can do so online via the Festival Place website. No voting will take place in the shopping centre this year due to Covid-19 safeguarding procedures.
The Retailer Gold Awards is designed to celebrate the very best retail outlets housed in the Festival Place shopping complex. The winners are decided by the customers - not ‘industry experts’ – who work, shop and live in and around the Basingstoke area.
