Now in its fifth year, the British Bank Awards aim to find the best financial products, hottest innovations, and most trusted financial brands, voted wholly by UK consumers. It has been designed to celebrate the most customer-centric financial service firms and recognise great customer service. The awards are run by Smart Money People; the UK’s largest consumer review platform focused financial services.

Voting takes less than two minutes to complete. If you didn’t vote for us last year, you will be asked to sign up to the Smart Money People website so they can verify individual votes and validate the voting is as fair as possible. If you kindly voted for us last year, all you need to do is log back in using the same details as before.
Your votes really do count as at the beginning of the year, we proudly took home two accolades: “Best Mortgage Provider” and “Treating Customers Fairly Champion” at the 2018 awards ceremony.
Finalists will be announced 14 January 2019 and the public vote will close 10 February 2019. The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony, hosted at Café de Paris, London on 7th March 2019.
