Counting coins with Prior’s Court Foundation

Newbury Building Society’s very own Jane Bosher, Senior Branch Manager at Newbury, Thatcham and Hungerford visited Prior’s Court Foundation’s finance team to gift them with a currency-counting weighing scale. 

A machine which counts stacks of loose coins by weight quickly and accurately, this donation will not only increase the productivity of the school’s busy finance team but also give students the opportunity to learn basic counting skills.

Sarah Lawrence, Finance Manager at Prior’s Court Foundation said: “I’d like to thank Newbury Building Society Hungerford Branch for donating Prior’s Court Foundation the coin counting scales. Not only will this help our finance staff, it will also be invaluable for our young people, helping them to practice their counting and money handling skills.”
