Are you torn between renovating your current home and moving to a new property? We've broken down the pros and cons for you.
The Government has been clear that the single most important action we can all take in fighting Coronavirus is to stay at home in order to protect the NHS and save lives. We therefore urge our members only to visit our branches where absolutely necessary.
Following the National Lockdown announcement on 4 January 2021, we have changed our branch opening times temporarily. These will be reviewed when further changes are made by Government. See individual branch opening times and contact details in our branch finder.

VISITING A BRANCH
You can pay cash or cheques in at your local branch, but we ask you only do this if your transaction is essential.
Essential and non-essential transactions
We are happy to help in branch with the following:
• Cash/cheque withdrawals
• Cheque deposits
• Electronic transfers
• Registering a death
We ask you not to visit a branch for the following:
• Regular low value withdrawals and deposits for notes, coins and cheques
• Passbook updates with no transactions
• Debit card deposits
If you would like to know whether an automated credit has been received, would like to open a new savings account or transfer your savings to another savings product, please phone your local branch rather than visiting.
Remember, that you can make withdrawals from your account through our online myaccounts service to a nominated current account. It is easy to register if you have not done so already.
SAFEGUARDING RULES IN BRANCHES
To comply with social distancing regulations, we have reduced the number of tills open and are limiting the number of members in the branch at one time. We kindly request only one person from your party enters the branch and transacts with us on each occasion.
Please see our HSE declaration confirming our compliance with the government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19.
