Newbury Building Society announces the launch of its new website

Newbury Building Society has announced the launch of its new website, created with digital content agency Compound Partners.

The site has a number of visual and functional improvements designed to provide a more user-friendly and efficient online experience. Improvements include enhanced affordability and monthly payment mortgage calculators with mortgage product filtering and a savings calculator to help customers calculate the return they can expect on their savings. The site has a new clean, fresh design and is responsive for use on tablet and smart phones; it also contains helpful guides and articles to assist home buyers and savers.

Emma Gentry, Newbury Building Society’s Marketing and Communications Manager, said:
"We are delighted to announce the launch of our new website and to introduce the functional and visual improvements it delivers, which will provide our members and business referrers with a more efficient and intuitive online experience. Other developments planned for this year include an online application service for our Intermediary business to further improve our online offering.
As a mutual organisation, our primary focus is developing and improving the services we provide to our members. These investments in our online services are in line with our philosophy of delivering competitive and innovative products and services for them.”

Mike Barrett, Managing Director of Compound Partners, said “Newbury Building Society required a web solution that combined user friendly functionality with a new, more powerful, content management solution to empower their in house team. Following a series of best practice workshops we developed a customer focussed design and structure, which we believe delivers an exceptional experience for the customer and is a strong platform for future development.”
