NBS Money is a mobile and desktop application which provides access to your financial accounts wherever you are. 

You are invited to join the pilot for the NBS Money app. This pilot is exclusively available to our members and employees and will run for a minimum of  3 months. 

We have provided further informationin the FAQs below, which includes information on:

  • How we are developing NBS Money
  • How we will look after your data security and our GDPR obligations 
  • How the app works and how you can use it to its full potential
  • Support and help with any set up issues

If you are interested in taking part in this pilot, and for it to work best, you will ideally meet the following criteria:

  • You are familiar with online banking 
  • You have a smartphone or tablet and internet access 
  • You have an NBS savings account and are registered to our online service myaccounts (if you are not  registered with myaccounts, it's quick and easy to do, just click here)
  • You have an NBS mortgage (this will enable you to see your current mortgage balance)
  • You have a personal email address  
  • You are available to use the app between December 2020 and March 2021
  •  You will be happy to provide feedback, complete surveys and interact with members of the NBS Money development team 
  • You are happy to link accounts you hold with other financial providers (current accounts, credit cards) to test the app's effectiveness alongside your NBS account(s).

Please note Newbury Building Society does not have access to, or sight of, any account details you link to the app.
