Help to Buy Equity Loan remortgages

We can help with your Help to Buy Equity Loan re-mortgage

Looking for a re-mortgage on your Help to Buy Equity Loan scheme?

Newbury Building Society supports remortgages for this scheme.

While you can no longer apply for a Help to Buy loan to purchase a property, we can help if you are looking to re-mortgage.

For more information on the closure of new applications visit the government's Own Your Home website.

WE CAN HELP WITH A HELP-TO-BUY REMORTGAGE, IN THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
  • Remortgage like-for-like - so you keep your current mortgage balance and existing goverment loan but just move the mortgage from your existing lender to Newbury Building Society.

  • Remortgage and partially staircase - you increase your mortgage balance when moving the loan and use this to pay back some of your government loan.

  • Remortgage and fully repay your government loan.
