Senior Customer Service Adviser (12 month fixed-term contract)
Location: Hungerford branch
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm and 2 out of 4 Saturdays, 9.00am - 12.00pm
Starting salary: £23,677
Target salary: £25,500
Interviews: week commencing 9 September 2024. Interviews will be a 90 minute competency-based held in our head office in Newbury. Feedback will be provided regardless of the outcome. We reserve the right to close this vacancy at any point.

Do you have experience in leading a team of individuals, providing excellent customer service and working with a wide range of customers? Do you enjoy variety in your workload and want to expand on your leadership skills?
Here's what you'll be doing:
You will welcome, support, and advise customers on their savings accounts, through a variety of methods. You will be assisting the branch manager in leading the team, the role is varied and interesting and no day will be the same. While your focus will be on providing excellent customer service you will be doing this through cashiering, actioning admin tasks and a whole lot more.

Essential skills and experience

Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven experience of working with internal and/or external customers to ensure the highest quality service experience.

Team leader experience.
Desirable skills and experience

Competent in the use of Microsoft 365 pacakages, including Outlook, Office 365, Word and Excel.
