Mobile Customer Service Adviser (12 month FTC) - Newbury area
Hours: 35 hours per week, plus 2 in 4 Saturdays, 9am-12 midday, paid as overtime

Based in Newbury town centre, working face to face with customers, you will also travel to work with colleagues in branches at Thatcham, Hungerford, Didcot and Abingdon.
Newbury Building Society will pay your mileage and parking costs for this travel.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA FOR THE ROLE ARE:
The ability to travel between different branches
Some experience of working with internal and/or external customers to ensure the highest quality service experience
Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication
DESIRABLE CRITERIA FOR THE ROLE ARE:
Experience of using Microsoft packages e.g. Excel, Word and Outlook
