Location: Andover branch
Hours: 35 hours per week. Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, plus 2 in 4 Saturdays, 9am-12pm, paid as overtime

If you are keen to learn and enjoy meeting people, you could be ready to take on this busy and exciting fixed term opportunity to join the team at Andover.
The role is varied, with the customer always our first concern, so we will help you learn how to plan, prioritise and organise your working day, using technology and online tools. As you will be dealing with customer finances, accuracy and a logical approach to minimise errors is key. A flexible approach and the ability to remain calm when plans change is important too.

You will also provide support to other branches in Basingstoke, Alton, Winchester and Wokingham. The Society will reimburse you for travel and parking costs.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA FOR THE ROLE ARE:

Some experience of working with internal and/or external customers to ensure the highest quality service experience

Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills

The ability/willingess to travel to other locations as required
DESIRABLE CRITERIA FOR THE ROLE ARE:

Competent in the use of Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, Outlook and Office 365
