CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSISTANT - MORTGAGES
Location: Newbury, Head Office
Hours: 35 hours per week.
Salary range: *£20,410 to £21,484

Do you have a passion for consistently delivering an excellent customer experience? Do you have excellent communication skills?
If so, you could be just the person we need to join our friendly team, working in our newly refurbished, modern and high-tech environment, based in central Newbury.
The main focus for the department is to support mortgage customers - from the release of the funds they need to purchase their home, to the time they have repaid their mortgage - and everything else in between.
The ideal candidate will be keen to progress, by taking on further responsibilities within the team and provide additional support to the Customer Support Mortgage Manager as required. Here is what one of team has to say....
