Part-time Customer Service Adviser - Thatcham

Location: Thatcham Branch

Hours: 25 hours per week Monday-Friday 9am-2pm or 9.30am-2.30pm
Plus 2 in 4 Saturdays 9am-12 midday (Saturday hours paid x 1.5)

Salary range: £14,315 (equivalent to £11.01 per hour)

Interviews (remote via Microsoft Teams): Flexible

Based in central THATCHAM, working face to face with customers.    

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA FOR THE ROLE

  • Some experience of working with external and/or internal customers to provide the highest quality service experience

  • Evidence of excellent verbal and written communication skills

DESIRABLE CRITERIA FOR THE ROLE 

  • Experience of working with Microsoft packages: Word, Excel, Outlook
