Customer Service Adviser (FTC until March 2023) - Winchester

Location: Winchester branch

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, plus 2 Saturdays in 4, 9am-12pm (Saturday hours paid x1.5)

Salary range: *£20,041

Interviews (remote via Microsoft Teams): 31st May 2022

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA FOR THE ROLE

  • Some experience of working with external and/or internal customers to provide the highest quality service experience

  • Evidence of excellent verbal and written communication skills

DESIRABLE CRITERIA FOR THE ROLE 

  • Some experience of working with Microsoft packages: Word, Excel, Outlook
