MOBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISER - BASINGSTOKE

Location: Basingstoke branch

Hours: 35 hrs per week plus 2 in 4 Saturdays 9am-3pm (Saturday hrs paid at 1.5)

Salary range: *£20,041

WHAT'S INVOLVED?

Based in Festival Place in Basingstoke, working face to face with customers, you will also travel to Winchester, Alton, Andover and Wokingham branches to provide support as required.  Newbury Building Society will pay your mileage and parking costs for this travel.  

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • Some experience of working with internal and/or external, customers to ensure the highest quality service experience

  • Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Driving licence and your own vehicle

DESIRABLE CRITERIA

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
