Customer Service Adviser (10 month fixed-term contract) - Thatcham
Location: Thatcham branch
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, plus 2 Saturdays in 4, 9am-12pm (Saturday hours paid x 1.5)
Salary range: £20,041

The role is varied, with the customer always the first concern, so you will learn how to plan, prioritise and organise your working day, using technology and online tools.
As you will be dealing with customer finances, accuracy and a logical approach to minimise errors is key. A flexible approach and the ability to remain calm when plans change is important too.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA FOR THE ROLE
Some experience of working with internal and/or external customers to ensure the highest quality service experience
Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills
DESIRABLE CRITERIA FOR THE ROLE
Some experience of working with Microsoft packages: Word, Excel, Outlook and Office 365.
