Customer Service Adviser - Wokingham

Location: Wokingham branch

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm, and alternate Saturdays, 9.00am - 12.00pm 

Salary range: £20,900

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Our customers really appreciate being able to talk to a human being about their savings accounts, and that’s where you come in! As the friendly face of the Society, you’ll be helping them to find the answer to their questions whether that’s face-to-face, over the phone, or in writing.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA FOR THE ROLE

  • Some experience of working with external and/or internal customers to provide the highest quality service experience

  • Evidence of excellent verbal and written communication skills

DESIRABLE CRITERIA FOR THE ROLE 

  • Experience using Microsoft 365 products, including Outlook, OneDrive, Word and Excel
