Background and experience

Phillippa joined the Society in 1996, was appointed an Executive in 2007 and was appointed to the Board of Directors in February 2015 as Operations and Sales Director. She was appointed as Chief Executive in March 2022. 

Role and responsibilities

Phillippa is responsible for the Society’s strategic development, leading the Executive team, providing leadership and direction throughout all areas of the business and for setting and maintaining culture and standards. 

She chairs the Society’s Executive Strategy and Peformance Committee, the Executive Operations Committee, and the Executive-led Credit Committee.
