Notice 90 is designed to give a high rate of interest, in return for a 90-day notice period for withdrawals.

Interest is calculated daily and paid annually into the account on the 31 October. You can have your interest paid into your bank account or another Newbury Building Society account.

Consider our Notice 90 account if you:
- Are looking for a high rate of interest for a lump sum of money.
- Can open the account with £1,000 and keep the balance at least at that amount.
- Can give 90 days' notice of withdrawals from the account.
Notice 90 is available to anyone, regardless of age. You can open an account either in your own name or as a joint account with someone else.
What access can you have to your money?
You can get access to your money by giving 90 days' notice of any withdrawals you wish to make. Please remember there is no facility for instant withdrawals with loss of interest.
