The partnership with Firstxtra Financial Services, who are a large and successful independent mortgage broker based in Newbury endeavours to help more local people to buy a home.  It means if the Society is unable to provide a mortgage to people for whatever reason, they can be introduced to Firstxtra who may be able to help.  Firstxtra have access to the full range of mortgage products to help people in these situations.
